Windsor Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Windsor, NC is seeking Registered Nurses to join our long-term care team. We offer day and night shifts (7 am to 7 pm, 7 pm to 7 am) and a competitive benefits package, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN employment to fit your schedule.

As an RN on our team, you will supervise staff, safeguard residents' health and welfare, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and nursing policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current State License as an RN
• LTC/SNF experience preferred

NOW HIRING: (RNs) Registered Nurses: FT/PT/PRN

Day Shift 7 am to 7 pm

Night Shift 7 pm to 7 am

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
