Windsor Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Windsor, NC is hiring RN professionals for day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm and night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am. The RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in North Carolina with LTC/SNF experience preferred; a high school diploma is acceptable with preferred coursework.

• Current State License as an RN (North Carolina).
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

NOW HIRING:

(RNs) Registered Nurses: FT/PT/PRN

Day Shift 7 am to 7 pm

Night Shift 7 pm to 7 am

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
