Role Purpose

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications.
• Participate in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural backgrounds.
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness.
