A leading healthcare organization in Maryland seeks a PRN Registered Nurse responsible for assessing patients and developing care plans. This role requires collaboration with teams and compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have an RN license, with a focus on effective communication and strong clinical skills.
PRN Commitment: Required to sign up for a minimum of 144 hours in a scheduling period (about 18 hours/week). Day shift with variable shifts between 6:30am and 6:00PM.
General Summary
Under limited supervision, this role is responsible for assessing patients, developing, evaluating, and modifying the plan of care. Provides care through therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, environment/technology, and collaboration with the healthcare team, following established standards. Performs complex patient-care procedures specific to their expertise. Functions as part of the Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes as outlined in the pathway and plan of care. Patients include all age groups (Infant through Older Adult).
