Job summary

OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to protect, promote, and restore health at the highest licensure level. You will collaborate with providers and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care along the continuum.

The role requires active RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan, BLS certification, and preferred BSN. Applicants should be proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office, with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing (Illinois or Michigan).
• Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification required.

• Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft applications.

Pay range for this position is $42.36 - $55.63/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

SIGN ON BONUS Eligible!

$6,000 – 1-4 years RN experience, 2-year work commitment

$15,000 – 5+ years RN experience, 2-year work commitment

RELOCATION BONUS ELIGIBLE!

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

License/Certifications: Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan) Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: BSN

Experience: Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment

Other skills/knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
