Solaris HealthCare Waterman in Tavares, FL is hiring full-time and part-time Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver compassionate, individualized care and uphold our commitment to resident well-being. You will participate in admissions, medication administration, and interdisciplinary care planning, while following infection control and center policies.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
