Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Forest Lake in Apopka, FL is hiring full-time and part-time Registered Nurses (RN). The role focuses on admissions, discharges, transfers, medication management, and adherence to infection control and center policies.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care and timely response to changes in condition. Florida AHCA background screening is required.

Qualifications

• RN license active in the state of Florida or national equivalent.
• CPR certification required for all shifts.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergency, and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes.
• Identify and report changes in residents' condition per policy.
