Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year RN experience (home health or acute care preferred).
• Experience with aging or adult populations beneficial.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and tech skills.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health RN Case Manager, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing visits in the patient's home
