Select Specialty Hospital - Richmond is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical illness recovery team in Richmond, VA. This full-time daytime role offers a competitive hourly wage and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with extensive orientation and opportunities for career advancement.

We provide company-paid BSN scholarships, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and a clinical ladder with certifications such as PCCN and CCRN.

Formación

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Full-Time Days Compensation: $41.00 - $55.18 per hour
