Solaris HealthCare Forest Lake in Apopka, FL is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time night or day shifts. You will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents, manage admissions, medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• CPR certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
