Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Rochelle Park, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Day shift (12-hour shifts). The role covers admissions/transfers, routine assessments, documentation, labs/telemetry interpretation, and patient-family education within our post-ICU care setting.

Minimum qualifications include a valid NJ RN license and BLS; ACLS is required within 6 months. A competitive sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Admit and transfer patients to the unit
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Document promptly and accurately in the EHR

• Respond to rapid responses and code events
• Educate and counsel patients and families
• Perform other duties as assigned
