Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Document timely and accurately using approved systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Transcribe and verify medical orders.
• Respond to Rapid Response and code events.
• Educate patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
