How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide direct, compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining high quality standards.
• Supervise daily activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Active RN license in your state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with quality and efficiency.
• Excellent assessment, documentation skills, and confidentiality maintenance.
