Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the 3rd shift. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring safety, and supervising nursing assistants and helpers.

Wages and Benefits

Wages start at up to $50.75 per hour, depending on shift and experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, life insurance, paid time off, and access to our Rain Pay app for on-demand pay.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, implement, and evaluate residents' care plans.
  • Manage the environment to ensure resident safety.
  • Supervise nursing staff and assistive personnel.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and legal standards, including the State Nurse Practice Act.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to use necessary medical supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to calculate drug dosages.
  • Meet health requirements and demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
