Little Chute Health Services, part of North Shore Health, is seeking a compassionate RN to provide resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. The RN will oversee care plans, assess needs, and supervise nursing staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Candidates must hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Experience in skilled nursing is preferred; new graduates are welcome with training and support.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementations, and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environment to maintain resident/patient safety, and supervises the resident/patient care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Follows all North Shore’s policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. Follows where applicable JCAHO standards.
