Registered Nurse (RN) - FT Nights | Heritage Valley Specialty

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - FT Nights at PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Heritage Valley.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care.
• Coordinate patient care, including interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family education for post-hospitalization care.
• Access community resources as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including Charge Nurse responsibilities (ACLS certification required).

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of application.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification preferred initially; required after 90 days of employment. ACLS is mandatory from day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU roles.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in emergency or critical care environments, working with vents/trachs/PICC lines, and two years of direct patient care are preferred but not mandatory.
