FT Night and $2.00/hr Night Differential

The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper (RVCH) continues our organization’s renowned approach to addiction recovery, combining evidence-based treatment with holistic programming that promotes wellness in body and mind. Our 90-bed, 55,000-square-foot facility offers a full continuum of care, from initial detox to aftercare services. Clients also participate in our Weekly Recovery Compass program to identify, monitor, and address potential setbacks to recovery.

RVCH is located in Cherry Hill, NJ, near the Delaware River, with convenient interstate access. Out-of-state clients can reach us within 30 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport.

Pay Range: Minimum USD $38.00/hr to Maximum

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse performs a variety of duties during a shift, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and rapport with patients and families is key.

Core Job Duties

• Complete appropriate documents within required timeframes after admission; maintain medical records.
• Administer medications and monitor detoxification processes.
• Transcribe Physician orders and implement all Medical Protocols.
• Collaborate with medical personnel, both internal and external.
• Document services for each patient per licensure standards.
• Assess medical and psychiatric needs, determine urgency, and expedite treatment as needed.
• Communicate patient health concerns to appropriate personnel and follow up.
• Educate patients about medications, health issues, and medical conditions.
• Take verbal orders from medical providers, document, and execute them accurately.
• Provide routine nursing care under supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Schedule: FT Night shifts (0.75 FTE), 60 hours per pay period, 5 x 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend requirement. Benefits included.

Compensation: Starting at $40/hr based on experience, with a $2.00/hr Night Shift Differential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum two years' RN experience preferred.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Licensed in the State of New Jersey.
