FT Night and $2.00/hr Night Differential

The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper (RVCH) continues our organization’s renowned approach to addiction recovery, combining evidence-based treatment with holistic programming that promotes wellness in body and mind. Our 90-bed, 55,000-square-foot facility offers a full continuum of care, from initial detox to aftercare services. Clients participate in our Weekly Recovery Compass program, which helps identify and address potential setbacks to recovery.

RVCH is located in Cherry Hill, NJ, near the Delaware River, with convenient interstate access. Out-of-state clients can reach us within 30 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport.

Pay Range

Minimum: USD $38.00/Hr

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse performs a variety of duties caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and rapport with patients and families is essential.

Core Job Duties:

• Complete documentation promptly after admission and maintain medical records.
• Administer medications and monitor detoxification processes.
• Transcribe physician orders and implement medical protocols.
• Collaborate with medical personnel internally and externally.
• Document services provided to each patient according to licensure standards.
• Assess medical and psychiatric needs, determine urgency, and expedite treatment.
• Communicate patient concerns to appropriate personnel and follow up.
• Educate patients on medications, health issues, and conditions.
• Take verbal orders from medical providers, document, and execute them accurately.
• Provide routine nursing care under supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Shift Details: FT Night shifts, 60 hours per pay period, set schedule, 5 x 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend requirement. Full benefits offered.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting rate: $40/hr, based on experience.
• $2.00/hr Night Shift Differential.

• Benefits start on the first day of the month after hire.
• Matching HSA contributions up to $1500/year.
• 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and generous vacation time.
