Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an experienced RN at Fountain Circle Care & Rehab Center in Winchester, Kentucky, to join a compassionate team delivering outstanding patient care in a 179-bed facility.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with Federal, State and local standards, and provide direct, person-centered care. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RNs; weekend shifts are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of residence is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; highly organized; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local Standards and facility policies.
• Confirm nursing staff adherence to written policies and procedures.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Possess an Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
