Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Night Shift Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and other units. Designed for experienced nurses who thrive at night, this position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units. Float Pool RNs must be comfortable working in different clinical environments—including occasional mid-shift transitions—to support patient care needs.
You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your skills through cross-training in ICU and the Emergency Department, all while working within a collaborative, tight-knit night shift team.

The Patient Care Resource Team (Float Pool) is a team of highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurses and Patient Care Technicians who are flexible and versatile while supporting various areas within the hospital.
Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
