Advocate Health's Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking an RN Float Pool nurse to support Med Surg/Cardiac or Progressive/ICU areas. The nurse will float to units within the facility and possibly to EDs for bed placement. A flexible attitude and willingness to assist where needed are essential. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

The role is full-time, night shifts, with 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, including weekends and holidays. Base pay ranges from $38.20 to $57.30 per hour.

This RN Float Pool will support Med Surg/Cardiac or Progressive/ICU areas.

We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience in at least two of the following specialties: Critical Care, Progressive Care, Cardiac, Med/Surg. This teammate would be expected to float to the units of their specialty within the facility with the potential of being floated to one of our three free standing Emergency rooms to care for patients awaiting bed placement (no ED experience required). Expectations of this teammate is to be flexible and have a willingness to jump in and help wherever the need is. Bachelors is preferred

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
