Trinity Health Michigan in Ann Arbor is seeking an ICU/PCU Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Resource Pool. This role floats between ICU and PCU, delivering high-quality patient-centered care on a flexible schedule.

The position supports a night shift in our Ann Arbor Hospital, with a focus on experienced critical care nurses who can adapt to float assignments across units while maintaining safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• One year of recent nursing experience in a hospital with similar patient populations.
• BSN degree required or agreement to obtain BSN within five years.
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Position Purpose

• We are currently hiring ICU Float RN's, ICU experience required**
• Will Float to PCU*
  

The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.

The Nursing Resource Pool offers you increased flexibility in your scheduling, while allowing you to float only at our Ann Arbor hospital. We support our employees with a focused orientation and training about our equipment, processes, and procedures. This makes our float pools a reliable resource for our units, which means more manageable patient ratios. Status Available

Full time or Part time (benefit eligible) – 48 or 72 hours per pay period (Every two weeks)

Minimum requirement of working 32 hours on the weekend within a 4 week schedule

Required Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License

• New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
