Primary Location: East Region

Tier 1 will work in one assigned region.
Tier 2 will work in two assigned regions.
Tier 3 will work in 3 or 4 assigned regions.

• Tier 1 = 1 region
• Tier 2 = 2 regions
• Tier 3 = 3 or 4 regions

Saint Luke's Physician Group region(s):

• South Region - includes clinics on/near the Saint Luke's South campus and Mission Farms
• East Region - includes clinics on/near the Saint Luke's East campus, Blue Springs, and Independence
• Central Region - includes clinics on/near the Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City (Plaza) campus.
• North Region - includes clinics on/near the Saint Luke's North campus, Parkville, Smithville, Shoal Creek, and Platte City

Provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Responsible for telephone triage, patient flow, and coordination of patient care. Schedules patient appointments, identifies learning needs for patients and families, provides advice and recommendations, medication administration, and duties as assigned based on clinic need. Delegates tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice. Acts as a subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation of patient care and testing. Enters orders as directed by a provider. Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and maintains a professional demeanor. May be responsible for covering Medical Assistant, LPN, or other office duties as needed.
