Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs of patients on medical-surgical units, including all med-surg and rehab units.
• Plan for patient care by developing, modifying, and implementing the plan of care according to HHS standards and hospital policies.
• Adhere to rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, CMS, and TJC.

Qualifications
