Job summary

Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical care across shifts. You will assess, plan and implement care for assigned patients, and supervise staff to ensure safe, high‑quality nursing practice.

You will support CNO and collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient resource management, professional development, and patient‑centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school
• Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical patient care
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift and unit level
• Responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated

Job Summary
