Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse (RN) Float in Maternal-Newborn to provide specialized care across Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU units in Colorado. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaboration, and patient safety while supporting staff through precepting new hires.

Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program or a licensed RN with relevant certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with relevant certification.
• At least 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship.
• BLS and NRP certifications; NRP within 6 months of hire.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability and commitment to evidence-based practice.

The role involves working in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU, guided by evidence-based standards and certifications like RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN. Clinical educators support ongoing education and competency validation.

Qualifications And Skills
