Advocate Health’s Atrium Health Floyd location seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool. You will rotate to all departments within the main campus and sister facilities, delivering comprehensive patient care and coordinating nursing services to ensure safety and quality.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and strong communication to maintain a safe, patient-centered environment across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Two years of hospital bedside care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Education

Nursing degree/diploma

RN license (state-issued)

BLS & ACLS certification

2 years hospital bedside care experience preferred

We’re Looking For:
