Job summary

Benedictine in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate care team and travel between facilities as needed. You will develop and implement plans of care, administer medications, and provide high-quality nursing across a designated Benedictine region.

This role requires RN licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English to coordinate care with residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong organizational, assessment, planning, and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and English literacy.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.

• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

Qualifications
