Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Gainesville is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our oncology team. You will support physicians in patient care and education, perform IV therapy and participate in clinical procedures.

Applicants must hold a valid RN license in the state, have CPR, BLS, and a willingness to travel to clinics; fluency in English required. We offer comprehensive benefits and a thorough background screening.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of residence with IV therapy experience.
• Ability to assess patient needs and condition.
• Strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Current CPR certification.
• BLS required upon hire or within 30 days (FCS will provide BLS).
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver license for travel to clinics.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred.
