Concierge Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a flexible weekday schedule in the Jacksonville, FL area. This full-time home health role offers a 4-day schedule with an earning potential around $80K–$85K+ annually and a pay range of $45.00–$50.00 per hour, with quarterly bonuses and autonomy in patient care.

Ideal candidates have an active Florida RN license, reliable transportation, and a desire for a predictable, flexible schedule without mandatory 12-hour shifts.

Your Role as a Home Health RN
