As an RN, you will assess and plan care, administer medications, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting dignity and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and support residents’ well-being.
• Assess, plan, and implement resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and document resident conditions accurately and timely.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in daily care delivery.
• Communicate changes in condition to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Promote dignity, safety, and quality of life for all residents.
