Nurses will administer medications, monitor residents, document findings, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health, report any changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
