Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate RN to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, and administer nursing care while supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers full-time hours, with shifts 7:00a-3:00p, 3:00p-11:00p, or 11:00p-7:00a, and a pay rate of $43.00 per hour. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement programs, plus PTO and educational opportunities.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
Must possess a current CPR certification.
Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop an individualized care plan.
Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care.
Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting.
