Job summary

Avamere Rehabilitation at Ridgemont in Port Orchard, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care across shifts. You will assess residents, administer medications, monitor health, document care, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualified applicants hold a nursing degree, active RN license in WA, CPR/BLS current, and preferably experience in long-term care or sub-acute settings. EMR experience is a plus; we offer a competitive wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, active RN license in Washington state; BSN preferred.
• Must maintain CPR/BLS certification during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and provide staff orientation and training.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
