Your Role As a Registered Nurse

You will be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in their homes. As an RN, you'll assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments based on patient needs and provider orders
• Develop and update care plans reflecting patient conditions and goals
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions within scope and physician directives
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation per regulations
• Lead case conferences for team collaboration
• Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families
• Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being

What You'll Need

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
• Active RN license in MA
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• 1+ year experience in relevant health settings within last 2 years
• Up-to-date health certificate & TB test
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• $45/visit
• $40/medication administration
• $100/admission visit
