Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Fellow (RN) to join the Women's Surgical Specialty Unit. This role will be Full-time Night Shift: 3x12 hour shifts per week, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.

Registered Nurse Fellow (RN) Job Responsibilities:
* Performs patient assessments to collect basic data and follows written care plans, standards, and practice guidelines under supervision.
* Utilizes assessment data and patient preferences to identify patient care needs.
* Organizes, prioritizes, and delivers patient care using Inova's Nursing Professional Practice and Care Delivery Models (e.g., procedures, therapies, tests, patient education).
* Monitors patient progress toward expected outcomes and adjusts care plans accordingly.
* Provides compassionate, empathetic care while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
* Justifies clinical decisions with educational knowledge, principles, and evidence-based practices.
* Works efficiently with the healthcare team to achieve maximum productivity and desired outcomes.
