Job summary

Care Initiatives is hiring an Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time evening shifts (2pm–10pm) in Iowa. You will provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment and support daily clinical operations to ensure quality care and resident safety.

You will administer medications, monitor changes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote high-quality care. This role offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
