Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to help deliver exceptional patient care to residents in a rehabilitation setting.
The RN will administer medications, assist with wound care, and create individualized care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Strong communication, adaptability, and calm performance under pressure are essential to support wellness and independence for residents.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our facility, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting wellness and independence among our residents.
Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report patient progress, ensuring timely and effective communication with families and healthcare teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive outcomes and patient satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Active RN license in the state of Arizona
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - (or willing to obtain within the first 30 days of employment)
Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
