Lake Region Healthcare in Fergus Falls, MN, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, delegate, and evaluate care while documenting thoroughly in the EHR and coordinating with the care team.

The role requires Minnesota RN licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication. Shifts are 64 hours biweekly, weekdays, with competitive hourly pay and BSN incentive where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minnesota RN licensure required.
• CPR Certification (Healthcare Provider) at hire or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered nursing care.
• Perform assessments and triage as indicated.
• Obtain medical history and document findings in the EHR.
• Monitor vital signs and notify the clinical team of concerning findings.
• Administer medications and observe for side effects.
• Assist with ENT procedures, virtual visits, and equipment.
• Back up RN Allergy nurse and assist Audiologist.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care through the application of the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, delegation, and evaluation. The RN demonstrates proficient, compassionate, and professional communication with patients, families, visitors, colleagues, providers, and community partners. Responsibilities include performing nursing duties accurately and efficiently, assisting providers, and carrying out orders while maintaining thorough and timely documentation. The RN practices in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, professional nursing standards, and LRHC policies and procedures. This role requires sound clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure safe, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care.ENT nurses at our facility are expected to perform the following duties:Provide compassionate care to patients and their family membersComplete assessments and provide triage as indicatedObtain a thorough medical history and document findings in the electronic health record (EHR)Monitor vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, etc.) and notify the clinical team with any concerning findingsAdminister medications and watch for potential side effectsAssist with ENT procedures, virtual visits and equipmentThis position will also assist and be a backup to the RN Allergy nurse and provide assistance to the Audiologist.Shifts64 hours biweekly, day shifts, Monday to Friday.CompensationHourly wage range: $32.67-$48.83. BSN hires are eligible for an extra $1/hour.
