• Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology, and surgery.

Responsibilities

The position supports the mission of the hospital, demonstrating the knowledge and skills to carry out the nursing process, providing care to all patients, coordinating healthcare services that reflect the philosophy and standards of ambulatory health and nursing care for assigned patients. It promotes teamwork with physicians and personnel from other departments and initiates healthcare training and education for the patient and/or patient's significant other to facilitate recovery.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of Oklahoma.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must obtain ACLS within 6 months of the date of hire.
• Must obtain PAL within 6 months of the date of hire.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• One or more years of current acute care experience as an RN, including at least one year in an ambulatory healthcare setting.
