As an RN at Mon Health, you will coordinate total patient-centered care ensuring optimal service to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: The registered nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare consumer’s health and/or situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
• Diagnosis: The registered nurse analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues, providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
• Outcomes Identification: The registered nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or situation, providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
• Planning: The registered nurse develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes, providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
• Implementation: The registered nurse implements the identified plan by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
• Evaluation: The registered nurse evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Effective interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with physicians and instruct patients and their families.

Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.
