Job summary

Ashley Regional hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse for Emergency. The role coordinates total nursing care, participates in patient and family teaching, and acts as patient advocate within a team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BCLS upon hospital orientation; ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.

• Provides patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to condition.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience: 1 year or less.

Certifications: BCLS upon completion of hospital orientation; ACLS and PALS within six months of hire or transfer date to position.

Licenses: Current RN license in state of practice.

Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office and/or hospital environment.
