Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively, demonstrating interpersonal, basic computer, and customer service skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Prefer at least one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.
• Additional certifications required at start date or upon transfer, including ACLS, NRP, NIH, PALS, CPI, depending on the unit.
