Assignment Details:

• Specialty: Emergency Room / Emergency Department
• Location: Watertown, NY
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Radius Restriction: 100-mile rule applies
  

Requirements:

• Active NY RN License
• 1 year of ER experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• MEDITECH experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to recognize and intervene in life‑threatening situations
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and delegation skills
• Ability to work effectively in stressful situations
• Must complete a lethal dysrhythmia examination during probation and obtain defibrillation certification within six months
• Must obtain IV, medication, and phlebotomy certifications during orientation
