Inspira Health Network in New Jersey seeks an Emergency Department nurse to perform comprehensive patient assessments, establish priorities of care, and provide timely interventions. You will analyze data, plan care collaboratively with medical staff, and evaluate outcomes according to hospital policies.

Ideal candidates hold NJ nursing licensure, BLS, ACLS and PALS within required timeframes, with 1 year ED experience; nurses with 2 years ED experience are preferred for per diem roles.

Competenze

• Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred
• One-year ED experience required; two years ED experience preferred for per diem positions
• Current NJ State Board of Nursing license
• AHA BLS required; ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 6 months
• Trauma Nurse Core Courses within 12 months or 8 contact hours every two years in trauma
• National Certification in specialty area preferred
