A healthcare facility in Woodstock, Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN with Level II or III experience to join its emergency nursing staff.

This on-site clinical position operates in a 17-bed Emergency Department with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. The ER RN will deliver direct care, perform triage, assess patients, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to ensure timely, safe emergency care.

Qualifications

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing triage, conducting thorough patient assessments, delivering timely clinical interventions, and coordinating closely with the broader care team to ensure seamless and effective emergency care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care across a wide range of emergency presentations


• Perform triage and prioritize patients based on clinical acuity


• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify evolving clinical needs


• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in time-sensitive situations


• Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care
