Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic Emergency Room RN. Success requires quick thinking, decision-making, multitasking, and adaptability. You will care for patients with minor injuries to critically ill cases, collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
• Develop individualized care plans and manage multiple cases, prioritizing needs.
• Provide follow-up care instructions and referrals.
• Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments, maintaining patient focus and safety.

Qualifications:

• Florida RN license or approved multistate license (compact license holders have 60 days post-relocation).
• BLS-AHA Provider card within 30 days of start.
• Associate Degree or RN in acute care preferred; RN Diploma acceptable.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days; Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months; TNCC within 1 year; ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 6 months.
• 1+ years experience preferred.
