Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Carlsbad, NM. This role offers a night shift schedule (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) with 36 hours per week and a $90/hour rate, plus mandatory floating and call coverage.

Start date is ASAP, with auto-offer only process and no interviews. You will deliver high-quality emergency care, perform rapid assessments, and collaborate with the care team while maintaining documentation and safety throughout

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department RN experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC; NRP preferred.
• Strong emergency nursing assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and triage by acuity.
• Provide safe, compassionate, and efficient emergency nursing care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
• Monitor patients closely and recognize changes in condition.
• Assist physicians and the healthcare team with emergency procedures.
• Initiate and maintain IV access and provide nursing interventions.
• Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Float to other departments as required and participate in call schedule.
