Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Tucson, AZ. This contract in-office role covers night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) with a 13-week duration, starting around late June 2026. Candidates should have 2+ years of ED experience, AZ license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Cerner EMR experience is preferred.

The position requires willingness to float, and a Trauma Level III facility background is beneficial.

Qualifications

2 yrs of ER nursing experience required.
Active AZ nursing license and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.
Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide care to Emergency Dept patients using the Nursing Process.
Demonstrate critical thinking, leadership and safe care delivery in ED.
Be willing to float and adhere to hospital policies.

Position Description

The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Shift - NIGHTS 7PM - 7:30AM (3x12s) Will Consider 48-hr. Guarantee

Preferred: CHARGE NURSE EXPERIENCE (Additional Rate)
