Job Summary
Provide high-quality emergency care as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. Ensure patient safety, deliver compassionate care, and collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking to deliver individualized care.
- Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to population-specific characteristics, respecting cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and families through methods like bedside reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education, focusing on patient goals.
- Practice according to current clinical standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- RN license (single or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care nursing experience.
